Treatment
relaxation, flow and body awareness
Cupping is a body-oriented method in which cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum. Within my approach, cupping is used as a form of relaxation and wellbeing support, aimed at helping to release tension and deepen body awareness.
Many people experience cupping as a direct, physical way to reconnect with the body, deepen relaxation and enhance the sense of space and flow.
In daily life, tension, stress and prolonged strain can build up in the body. At such moments, cupping can play a supportive role in helping you to find calm again and strengthen your sense of the body.
Fire cupping is a traditional form of cupping in which heat is used to create the vacuum inside the cup. The warmth provides a more intense and deeply relaxing experience that is often felt as powerful and present.
Many people experience this method as a deep form of body-oriented relaxation, in which tension can release and more attention and presence in the body can arise.
Therapeutic Cupping is a modern, intuitive form of cupping in which the cups are applied dynamically and responsively. The emphasis here is not only on physical relaxation, but also on experience, body awareness and releasing tension that has settled in the body.
This method is often experienced as working deeply on both a physical and an experiential level. It supports the restoration of contact with the body, the breath and inner space.
Cupping is often experienced as supportive for:
Many people who experience prolonged tension or who find it hard to relax experience cupping as a direct, body-oriented way to find calm again and reconnect with themselves.
Each cupping session is carefully tailored to the person, their resilience and the situation at that moment. The work is carried out with attention, calm and respect for the body.
Depending on the need, different techniques are applied, with the intensity, duration and placement of the cups always being adjusted. This means a session can range from very gentle to deeper-working, depending on what is appropriate and responsible.
Static cupping, moving techniques or more intense forms such as fire cupping or Therapeutic Cupping may be used. The aim is not to treat medical complaints, but to support relaxation, body awareness and wellbeing.
If there is any doubt about suitability, it is always advised to first contact a general practitioner or treating healthcare provider.
Cupping is an intensive body-oriented method and is not suitable in every situation. Careful attunement and safety always come first.
Cupping is discouraged, or applied only with great caution, in cases of:
In case of any doubt, it is always advised to first seek medical advice from a doctor or qualified healthcare provider.

Therapeutic Cupping is less suitable in cases of:
Within my approach, no wet cupping is used, nor any technique in which the skin is broken or blood is drawn.
This is a deliberate choice based on safety, hygiene and professional integrity. All treatments are aimed at relaxation, body awareness and wellbeing, without invasive or blood-based techniques.
Cupping is a complementary wellbeing method and does not replace medical, psychological or other professional care. In case of complaints, doubt or persistent symptoms, it is always advised to consult a doctor or qualified healthcare provider.
