The principle remains simple: the person comes first, not the method and not the clock. Within the stated times there is room for tailored support, attention and careful attunement.

Fire cupping is a relaxing body treatment in which brief heat and glass cups create an intense, calming experience that can contribute to deep relaxation and a sense of mentally letting go.
Regular cupping is a relaxing body treatment in which silicone cups with a pump can bring about deep relaxation, body awareness and a moment of mentally letting go.
For a relaxed, warm and calm feeling around the ear, face and head.
For heart release, feeling stuck in life, relationship difficulties, grief, anxiety and restlessness, among other things.

At Vuurdraak this experience symbolically stands for cleansing, letting go, discharge, balance and new energy. Not as a medical effect, but as a personal moment to step out of daily busyness and give attention to yourself.
Every cupping treatment at Vuurdraak starts with 20 minutes of fully automatic massage in the Shiatsu Zero Gravity massage chair.
These 20 minutes and the use of the massage chair are fully included in both the price and the treatment time. While you relax, I carefully prepare everything for the cupping.
No manual massage is given beforehand. The necessary oil is applied by hand in preparation for the cupping treatment.
I regularly combine a reading with phonophoresis or sound healing, such as singing bowls and Native Instruments. These can also be applied separately.
Would you rather not share anything, but still experience the calm, depth and deep relaxation? That is possible too.
Reserve 1 to 2 hours for a reading. It is impossible to say in advance exactly how long the session will take. I genuinely take my time for you, and I expect that same space from you.
No rush, but full attention for the session.
Preferably plan a quiet moment for yourself afterwards. Give yourself time to land, process insights and let everything settle. Do not head straight into a busy schedule; a reading can stir up a lot, and without enough rest this can lead to overstimulation.
The intake is always combined with a first session.
No separate costs are charged for the intake, case history or introductory meeting. Beforehand, careful attention is given to the situation, wishes, points of attention and any factors that may be relevant to safe and responsible guidance.
All rates applied by Vuurdraak include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
On business invoices, the VAT due is stated separately in accordance with statutory requirements.
The series cards are meant for people who want to work intensively over an uninterrupted period. Each card has a fixed frequency and a fixed running time.

The series cards are meant for people who need intensive guidance and want to get started actively in the short term. They are therefore not intended to be spread out over a longer period.
My aim with the series cards is to offer people who really need this an affordable way to work intensively during an uninterrupted period.
The treatments must therefore be carried out within the period stated for the relevant series card. Only in exceptional circumstances, such as illness, can we deviate from this.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start of the planned treatment. In case of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours, the treatment may be considered used.
Series cards and/or special offers must be paid before the programme starts, with the exception of business requests, which receive an invoice.
Naturally I also want there to be an attractive option for everyone. That is why, alongside the intensive series cards, I offer special combi deals for single treatments and attractive rates for treatments with several people at once.
The series cards are specifically meant for people who want to work intensively during an uninterrupted period, while the single combi deals and the duo and group deals offer extra flexibility.

Would you like to enjoy this experience at an extra sharp price? Then come to my practice with three people at once. For three people at the same time an extra attractive joint rate applies.
Are there more of you? Then I am happy to come to your location. This is ideal for a group of friends, a girls' night, corporate team building or a bachelor or bachelorette party.
This way several people can take part in the Fono X Feet experience together, without everyone having to come separately. It is not only more attractively priced, but also a pleasant shared experience.
Please note: at my practice I can receive a maximum of 3 people at once for a foot bath because of the space available. For larger groups I come to your location.
The three participants can take part at the same time, without having to wait for one another.
For a girls' night, corporate team building and/or a bachelor or bachelorette party. A maximum of 10 people at once in a foot bath on location.
For larger groups this can also be done in two or three rounds. 10 people can take part at the same time without having to wait for one another. With several rounds there is about 15 to 20 minutes between rounds. A round of 10 people takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes, including preparation and rounding off.
More people is possible on request. I have also hosted groups of 300 people. With such numbers the programme is planned together and spread over several days. More than 10 foot baths at once is also possible, provided they are available.
The price includes explanation and phonophoresis during the foot bath, as well as a short review of the experience afterwards. Total duration: approximately 60 minutes per round of 10 people.

Please note: for reasons of hygiene and safety, a foot bath is unfortunately not possible with open wounds or ulcers on the feet, or acute infections or inflammation of the feet.
Participants bring 2 towels of their own.
It is important to eat well and hydrate sufficiently beforehand. An extra glass of water can be drunk just before the treatment, and drinking enough afterwards is certainly recommended too.
At Vuurdraak we deliberately do not work by a strict clock. The stated duration indicates the treatment time reserved for you; the attention, explanation and aftercare around it are not charged by the minute.
The focus is not on how many minutes someone is present, but on the quality of the guidance, the personal attunement and the space needed within the possibilities of the practice.
Although many comparable practices work with sessions of around 60 minutes, the duration of an appointment at Vuurdraak may vary. In practice, sessions regularly turn out to be longer when there is reason and room for it.
Many people who visit the practice have already followed various forms of support, guidance or treatment and are looking for additional guidance from a different angle. Often there is prolonged strain, stress, fatigue or personal questions that call for attention, calm and space.
For that reason, we advise keeping enough time free for an appointment and not scheduling other commitments immediately afterwards.
At Vuurdraak we do not work according to a fixed protocol in which every client receives the same treatment.
Whereas many practices offer one specific service, here we look at the whole. Every session is attuned to the person, the situation and the need of that moment.
This means that an appointment regularly consists of a combination of different methods and forms of guidance.
A session may, for example, begin with relaxation in the shiatsu massage chair, be followed by sound therapy or phonophoresis and be complemented by a session on the Multi Wave Oscillator. In other situations the choice may instead be coaching, personal training, cupping, Detox Foot Bath Fono X Feet or another combination of available methods.
So you do not only pay for one separate treatment, but for a personally attuned session. Frequently chosen combinations have their own combi rates, which makes a combined session more affordable than the separate treatments together.
It is precisely this integrated approach that sets Vuurdraak apart. The strength does not lie in one specific method, but in the combination of experience, attention, personal attunement and the ability to bring together various supportive techniques within a single session.
As a result, sessions are often not directly comparable to a standard consultation in which only one method is offered within a fixed time slot.
All methods applied are complementary in nature and aimed at relaxation, awareness, vitality and personal support.
Sound therapy, phonophoresis, Detox Foot Bath Fono X Feet and group sessions can be provided both within the practice and on location.
The Multi Wave Oscillator and shiatsu massage chair remain location-bound.

Thanks to the combination of experience in coaching and the sports sector, guidance can be set up broadly and attuned to the individual situation, goals and wishes of the participant.

Vuurdraak does not provide tax, legal or financial advice. Any processing of costs within a business, vitality budget, training budget or other corporate arrangement is the responsibility of the entrepreneur, employer, accountant or financial adviser.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
In the event of cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment, or when a client does not show up without notice, the full rate of the reserved session is charged.
The reason for this is that the reserved time is kept free specifically for the client and generally cannot be offered to another client at short notice.
After a session it can be pleasant to allow yourself some extra rest and space. That is why we advise, where possible, not to step straight back into a busy schedule or intensive work afterwards.
Many clients find it valuable to turn their appointment into a quiet part of the day for themselves. This offers the opportunity to enjoy the moment of relaxation afterwards and to give the experience a place in a calm way.
In addition, we advise drinking enough water during the rest of the day, in line with your normal daily fluid intake and any personal or medical advice.
The duration of a session says nothing about the outcome or the effect of the guidance.
The aftercare advice mentioned consists of general well-being advice and never replaces medical advice, examination or treatment by a doctor or other regular healthcare provider.

Vuurdraak is not a practice in which a client receives a predetermined treatment of a fixed number of minutes. The strength of the practice lies precisely in the combination of various methods, coaching, movement, relaxation, personal attention and tailored support.
By working without a strict clock and with room to combine methods, there is space to look at what best suits the person at that moment. In this way the focus stays where it belongs: on the person, not on the protocol.
